Linda Lee Interactive Chinese empowers people with Mandarin skills. Corporate and individual Chinese training are our major products. Professional teachers offer Mandarin Chinese lessons Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Lessons can be at the campus or at students' offices or homes in all areas of Shenzhen. We differ from our competitors in many ways. We believe word of mouth is the most powerful marketing strategy. We don't offer off the shelf products. We believe in personal tailored Mandarin courses. We believe in very small classes and private lessons. We believe good structure, good teacher and motivated students are the keys to successful Chinese learning. Our professional veteran teachers are our number one winning element. All our teachers hold Chinese and English teaching degrees. They've been teaching Chinese as a foreign language for from 3 to 20 years. Every new recruit must have at least 2-year Mandarin teaching experience. They must receive 3 months intensive training under our teaching materials and teaching method. They must finish 100 hours of mock teaching before they start teaching our students officially. |

Unique teaching method stands second in line as our winning elements. Over the years, numerous multi-national students have gained the power to speak fluent Mandarin Chinese through our effective method. With our method, the first thing students do is to train their speech organs to be Chinese speaking friendly. Therefore students are able to pronounce each Mandarin sound accurately. With our method, students interact with the teachers and speak Chinese at least 80% of all class time even in Beginner Ⅰ, lesson one. With our method, students have homework after every lesson. There're monthly oral and written tests for all students. With our method, you learn what you need, and perfect it with practice. |

| Strict QC system is our third winning element. All our students will be given a teacher's evaluation form at the first lesson. We invite our students to be our QC officers. The head teachers and our trainers will often sit in classes and make detailed observations of teachers' teaching. These observations will be shared with all the teachers at our weekly professional development workshop. Our QC officers will read students' monthly evaluation of our teahers and follow up every comment our students made. They'll call and email each student every 2 weeks to monitor students' progress. We evaluate our teachers according to how much Mandarin their students can speak. |

| Tailored textbook is our fourth winning element. The most prominent feature of our textbook is practicality. The book contains 22 lessons with 86 practical situational dialogues on various aspects of living in China. The words and phrases used in the book are so up-to-date and colloquial that some of them are too new for dictionaries. Our textbook is meant to teach real everyday living Chinese, not dry textbook Chinese. The other prominent feature of the book is the combination of practical language teaching and cultural enrichment. Each lesson explains one mystery about Chinese culture and tradition in the sections titled “ Cultural Notes ”. Culture learning can help students eliminate misunderstanding when culture shock occurs. We want to help our students to learn to speak Chinese as well as to learn to understand Chinese mind. All contents of the book is with Pinyin, characters and English. The book is on bilingual CD Rom with MP3 files. If you are too busy for lessons, you can buy a book to teach yourself. |
