 Total tuition and fees should be paid before attending class.
•
 For private course, minimum 24-hour notice in advance is required to reschedule class otherwise the class shall be considered taken. The time will be calculated from the time we receive your phone call or text message (not email). All the rescheduled classes should be taken within the current course. For group course, the cancelled lessons from one or two students should not be rescheduled regardless how much time notice given in advance
•
 As part of quality control process, other teachers might observe some of the classes.
•
 The teacher can leave after 20 minutes if the student(s) has not arrived without 24hour prior notice. The class will be considered taken.
•
 There's 10-minute tea break between lessons.
•
 Linda Lee language school reserves the right to send a substitute teacher in case of current teacher's sudden illness.
•
 Linda Lee language school reserves the right to add students to group class. But the total class size should not exceed 6 students.
•
 To guarantee the same teacher or the same time slots for returning students, you have to notify our schedule coordinator 4 weeks before your current course finishes.
•
